Harper Grace + Co Shipping Policy

**Due to the unfortunate effects of Covid-19, shipping is taking longer than normal and we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Orders are processed and packaged 7-10 business days of the order date.

We try to get out our orders as soon as we can but shipping time depends on the current demand. In some cases, orders may take longer to be sent out. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Products are shipped via USPS.

Harper Grace + Co is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while in transit. Harper Grace + Co does not refund items lost in transit. 

Harper Grace + Co is not responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Nor are we responsible for returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

 

Harper Grace + Co Return Policy

We are sorry to hear that you may need to return your items. Our number one priority is to make sure our amazing customers are well taken care of and happy! We have found the following to be the best way to handle returns and exchanges.

A refund will be issued for all returns and a restocking fee will apply. 

All items must be returned within 15 days of package delivery. Items that have been washed, worn or otherwise altered are not eligible for return. Items with makeup, marks, odors or any other damage are not eligible for return. Please include your name, order number and reason for return.

Restocking Fee:

Restocking fees will not be issued for exchanges.

Items returned 1-10 days from delivery date, will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 10-15 days from delivery date, 20% restocking fee. Items are not eligible for return after 15 days.

Preorder items:

Items listed in this section are eligible for purchase during a specified timeframe only and after the cut off- ordering of these items will not be offered and a bulk order will then be placed with supplier. Preorder shipping time is approximately 7-10 days longer than other items because they are currently in stock. Not all boutique items will be up for preorder. Check back to this section frequently as this collection is updated and changed out often. If you have other items included with your preorder item- your in stock package will ship separately and your preorder item will ship as it comes in from supplier.

For sanitary reasons, jewelry is considered final sale and may not be returned.

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed and your refund to be  issued. Your refund will return to your original form of payment.

To Exchange:

To exchange, please return your item to Harper Grace + Co within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive your item, your refund will be issued. If there is an item you’d like to purchase and are worried will go out of stock, we recommend you buy the desired item. Then when you receive your refund, you can use it for something else equally amazing!

Damaged or Defective items

An email must be sent with a picture of the damage/defect clearly marked, to harpergraceandco@outlook.com- Upon review, we will send a return label via email. Damaged/defective items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. A replacement or refund will be issued.

Please understand that any garment with HTV printed on will have cracking over time- there is not refund for wear and tear of item. Please follow washing/drying instructions included in your order!
